We build brands and businesses

We excel at helping our clients use content marketing to connect with and convert prospects, to nurture customers, to build their brands and businesses. We focus on telling the best possible version of your story: who you are, what you do, what you know, how it matters, why you have the right solution. We do it in a way that’s genuine and engaging, not intrusive or pushy.

Your business goals anchor our programs, which we develop and implement with a sharp focus on results.

So customers and partners want to do business with you, employees want to work for you, influencers and media follow you and investors put their faith and money in you.

Lois PadovaniLois Padovani
Founder and president

Lois specializes in helping clients grow their enterprises with content marketing that builds connections, respect, engagement and loyalty. A 10-year BusinessWeek correspondent and former Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) senior manager of communications, she leverages her expertise to develop and deliver on-target programs and digital platforms that attract and engage customers, influencers, employees, investors and other key stakeholders.

Before starting her firm in 1997, Lois was instrumental in helping transform Andersen Consulting’s image from a pure technology consulting firm into a full-service consulting and outsourcing leader. A member of the global integrated marketing team, she identified and developed newsworthy POVs and leveraged thought leadership, press releases, research, case studies and other content marketing to promote the new positioning by securing more national business and trade media coverage. She managed most of the media outreach for the firm’s managing partner (CEO) and coordinated her team’s efforts with other global marketing strategies and initiatives.

Lois began her career at Business Week, working in the Philadelphia, Boston and Chicago bureaus. She primarily covered technology and food companies and trends and wrote cover stories on McDonald’s, Motorola, and Cummins Engine.

Lois received a bachelor of science from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, where she also served as an adjunct professor of business journalism for several years. She is profiled in the book Be Happy At Work.
